Warsaw Rowing Society (WTW Warsaw) is the oldest sports association in Poland, founded in 1878. Since then, it has organized rowing training and leisure activities for the Warsaw community. Today, it is comprised of three sections: rowing, canoeing, and sailing, based in two different locations. The first is located in central Warsaw, where the rowing and canoeing sections are situated. The second (the base for sailing activities) is located an hour's drive from central Warsaw, near Lake Zegrzyńskie.WTW has over 200 members aged between 10 and over 80 years, from all backgrounds, including people with disabilities, who wish to improve their health through water activities in the city or nearby neighborhoods. The employment structure of WTW includes 4 office staff, 10 coaches, and 5 other employees. The staff has many years of experience in delivering projects funded by the Ministry of Sport, the Municipality of Warsaw, and others. WTW's main project aimed at youth is the Warsaw Rowing Titan, whose 9th edition will be held in the fall of 2023.

With experience in the areas of disability and sports integration, WTW conducts activities with a very local reach but has the potential to grow to a broader audience. Its staff has extensive experience in teaching the sports disciplines and specifically teaching these disciplines to people with disabilities. WTW sees this project as an opportunity to participate for the first time in a European-level project, with the potential for significant benefits to its activities."
