THE RESTART PROJECT
The general objective of the Project is to promote a set of good practices and experiences, in different locations and culturally, that allow identifying, on the one hand, sports practices in nature and in the aquatic environment for people with disabilities, and who do not participate in sports or activities. structures of regular sport and, on the other hand, prevent or limit this participation, in order to ensure both political measures and social practices that lead to the full participation and social inclusion of people with disabilities.

MOTIVATION

Enhance the benefits of sporting activities in nature and the aquatic environment, on the quality of life of citizens with disabilities, based on studies and good practices developed..

EDUCATION

Promote the learning of new motor skills and specific knowledge, within the scope of the rehabilitation process for people with disabilities, using the practice of sports, based on studies and good practices developed, for better involvement in daily routines.

COLLABORATION

Foster collaborative work networks between the partners involved and entities participating in the actions, namely partnerships between the area of rehabilitation and sport, promoting social inclusion in the community and the development of psychophysiological benefi ts.
